Hi, my name is Samantha Counihan, and I am a licensed loan officer here at Extreme Loans.
I have two years of experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and am incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with all of the loans I send in process. It’s very important to me that my clients have a great understanding of their mortgage and know that all questions are encouraged during the process. I am extremely organized, and my main goal is to help you accomplish your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I was born and raised in Michigan and currently reside in Birmingham, MI with my husband and our beloved dog, Gigi. I attended high school at Birmingham Groves and then continued my education at Central Michigan University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree. I love my home state and like to support all Detroit sports teams, even if some years make that a little more difficult than others.
When I’m not writing mortgages, I enjoy traveling, writing, and my greatest passion of all: cooking. During the summer, I also enjoy golfing with my husband and playing on our co-ed softball team on Thursday nights.
