Xavier – Processor
My name is Xavier Colley. I grew up in Akron, Ohio, where I lived until my junior year of high school. While there, I attended the same high school LeBron James went to, St. Vincent – St. Mary.
I moved to Michigan in 2010 and graduated from Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights. I then attended Oakland University where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Finance. After graduating, I started working at United Wholesale Mortgage in 2020. I worked there until October of 2024, spending all of my time in Underwriting and three of those years as a Team Lead. In October of 2024, I transitioned into the broker side and began processing, which was a smooth transition due to my underwriting knowledge.
I am a huge sports fan and, unironically, Lebron James is my favorite athlete. My love for sports has created a competitive nature. I take pride in what I do an make sure that anybody I work with receives the best experience possible.
