Nikolay Vasilev is a Loan Officer at Extreme Loans who is passionate about helping families make confident financial decisions. Originally from Bulgaria, he has lived and worked internationally, giving him a unique perspective and the ability to connect with people from many different cultures. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Bulgarian and Greek, allowing him to serve clients in their preferred language and make the mortgage process easier to understand.

Before joining Extreme Loans, Nikolay built a successful career in real estate, helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. That experience taught him the importance of listening first, understanding each client’s goals, and providing personalized solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. At Extreme Loans, he is committed to finding competitive loan options while delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Nikolay enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending quality time with his son.
