Hi, My name is Chanel.  I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and currently residing in Houston, Texas.  I am new to Extreme Loans but not new to the real estate industry.  I have been working in my family business Team Peterson-Jackson Real Estate Professionals as a transaction coordinator and rental assistant.  I also have a background in education.  I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Michigan.

A little bit more about me: I am the oldest of four siblings, and I have a daughter.  I love to spend time with family and friends and traveling.
