David – Loan Officer Associate

Born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, I’m proud to call this community home. I speak both English and Arabic, allowing me to connect with and serve a diverse range of clients. Family is at the center of everything I do. My wife, Nour, and I are raising our energetic 1½-year-old son, Dean, alongside our playful Goldendoodle, Gilbert.

I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2016, building a well-rounded foundation that gives my clients confidence throughout the home financing process. I began my career as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Rocket Mortgage before transitioning into an Underwriter at UWM, where I gained valuable behind-the-scenes insight into what it takes to get loans approved. Today, I’m excited to be back on the sales side with Extreme Mortgage, where I combine my lending expertise and underwriting experience to help clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.

I believe every client deserves honest communication, personalized guidance, and an advocate who will be there every step of the way. My experience on both the origination and underwriting sides of the business allows me to anticipate potential challenges, provide practical solutions, and help make the home financing journey as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, I’m a huge Detroit sports fan and never miss an opportunity to cheer on my hometown teams. I also love spending quality time with my family and am always on the lookout for the next great restaurant or hidden gem—I’m a big-time foodie. As someone who has lived in Dearborn my entire life, I take great pride in serving the community that helped shape who I am and look forward to helping families achieve the dream of homeownership.
