Ivan – Loan Officer Associate
Based in West Bloomfield, Michigan, I bring a unique blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurship, and hands-on operations to everything I do. I previously worked at Rocket, where I developed a strong foundation in professionalism, communication, and results-driven performance. Prior to that, I owned and operated a landscaping business, gaining firsthand experience in building, managing, and scaling a service-based operation.
In addition to my business background, I’ve worked as a deckhand on a private yacht, which strengthened my ability to operate in high-responsibility environments, adapt quickly, and deliver at a high standard. I thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings and take pride in being reliable, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time on the water—fishing, jet skiing, tubing—and remain deeply passionate about sports. I played college baseball, an experience that instilled discipline, leadership, and a competitive mindset that continues to influence how I approach business and life.
