Johnny Awesome – Growth & Culture Ambassador
Johnny Awesome… yes, that is my real, legal name. I was born in Midland, Michigan, and I’ve spent my adult life in the Detroit area building a career around leadership, coaching, and growth. My background stretches from entrepreneurship to media to personal development, and I’ve developed a proven ability to help people level up both personally and professionally. Today, I bring that same passion into my role with Extreme Mortgage, where my mission is clear: to recruit and empower loan officers to build thriving, sustainable businesses.
Outside of my career, creativity and drive have always been at the core of who I am. I’ve been an independent pro wrestler, owned a touring magic company, played the drums, hosted a morning radio show, and produced podcasts. Most recently, I launched Open House the Podcast as a space where people at any level can share their stories. I’m also a proud dad of four boys, all 13 and under, and deeply connected to my Detroit-area community.
