Moe Alkhalaf – Team Lead
Hello! My name is Moe Alkhalaf, and I’m a dedicated Team Lead at Extreme Loans.
I was a raised in a small ferry town of Mukilteo, Washington. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 5 years. I began my career as a retail banker with one of the largest lenders in the U.S.
The broker side of the mortgage industry has given me the ability to reach every available finance option to help every client I come across. I’m always solution-focused and a firm believer in “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” I specialize in unique scenarios where other lenders are turning away a person. I find the most joy in building a solution and getting a family out of debt or accomplishing their dreams of walking into their first home. I treat everyone like family, which turns all of my clients into lifetime friends.
Outside of work, I’m a huge family man. I have a rescue Pitbull named Lobo. I’m a huge sports fan and enjoy pointless debates about sport teams with my team members at Extreme Loans. I love the outdoors and spend any chance I get to golf, fish, hunt, and hike.
I consider myself a high-level communicator. I always take my time to explain every step of the process to my clients. The more I know, the more I can help. I pride myself on being reliable, honest, and the hardest working person in the room.
