I am a Michigan-raised, bilingual (Arabic and English) Mortgage Loan Officer with a strong foundation in client service, financial guidance, and disciplined work ethic. I began working in the mortgage industry before officially starting my career at Rocket Mortgage in 2022, where I strengthened my understanding of lending, client communication, and industry best practices. I grew up playing American football for 10 years starting at age eight, an experience that built the resilience, focus, and teamwork that now shape my approach to serving clients.
After high school, I attended the University of Michigan, further expanding my academic and professional direction. My background also includes experience in the automotive industry, where precision, patience, and attention to detail were essential—qualities I apply directly to the mortgage process today. As an only child raised with a strong support system, I prioritize providing that same dependable experience to every client through transparent communication, reliability, and unwavering dedication.
Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle as an avid snowboarder, skilled swimmer, and overall health enthusiast, which reinforces the discipline and clarity I bring to my professional life. My mission is to offer clear guidance, trustworthy solutions, and a seamless experience for every client, whether purchasing, refinancing, or exploring their financing options.
