Shane – Training Director
My name is Shane, and I’m the Training Director here at Extreme Loans.
I was raised in Shelby Township and graduated from Sterling Heights Stevenson. In my free time, you’ll usually find me chasing down the hottest restaurants, checking out local music, or spending time on the golf course.
My sales journey began 13 years ago in the fitness industry, and in 2019 I discovered my passion for the mortgage business. Since then, I’ve focused on finding better ways to serve clients, mastering my craft, and always maintaining a client-first approach.
I take pride in my sales process and in my deep knowledge of guidelines across all products. My goal is to be a helping hand for every team member who’s ready to take their business to the next level.
